New system allows you to book your surgery with me directly

I am absolutely delighted to announce that, effective immediately, people who would like to

book UK appointments can now do so directly, through my new digital booking platform,

Carebit. The system allows for bookings to be made at the Cadogan Clinic as well as other

facilities as they become available.

I have long been frustrated by the unnecessary admin people have to navigate when booking

their top surgery. I know from listening to patient feedback that the booking procedure is often

more stressful than the surgery itself, which is why I have recently been focused on finding a

solution.

Carebit is advanced cloud-based medical practice management software. This essentially

means that it is able to automate key elements of the patient pathway - things like appointment

bookings, sending secure communications, billing etc - speeding up the whole process and

putting the power back onto the hands of the patient.

Put simply the new system will allow patients to:

● access my calendar through the website

● upload their documentation and demographics themselves

● have clarity on my availability up to 12 months in advance

● select the date that suits them

● book a slot

● supporting referral letter

your consultation slot as an invoice will be generated automatically.
