I am offering gender affirming top surgery for NB and transmasculine individuals. Being on testosterone is not a pre-requisite to have top surgery. I am happy to arrange for a consultation once I have received a supporting referral from a qualified professional as per WPATH guidance and the attached proforma completed. A picture (anonymized) of your chest would also help me prepare for your consultation better and be included in your records.
A consultation can be arranged either in person (at the PINES) or virtually and costs £200.
Please let me know about your preferred mode of consultation as I see patients in person only on Wednesdays, but I am rather flexible re virtual consultations.
The cost of an operation ranges around £7,500 dependant on the time that may be required in theatre and other conditions that we can discuss in your consultation.
